MVA Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is composed of the Association's active elected officers:

• President
• Past President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer

Its function is to act on behalf of the Board for special issues such as:

1. The hiring, review and compensation of any paid staff/
2. The filling of vacancies on the Board or on any committee which has the authority of the Board.
3. The amendment or repeal of Bylaws or the adoption of new Bylaws.
4. Matters that need to be addressed between regular Board meetings.

This committee meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 9:05 AM, US Bank, 1998 Mountain Blvd. The chair is the current President.
