MVA Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is composed of the Association's active elected officers:
- President
- Past President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
Its function is to act on behalf of the Board for special issues such as:
- The hiring, review and compensation of any paid staff/
- The filling of vacancies on the Board or on any committee which has the authority of the Board.
- The amendment or repeal of Bylaws or the adoption of new Bylaws.
- Matters that need to be addressed between regular Board meetings.
This committee meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 9:05 AM, US Bank, 1998 Mountain Blvd. The chair is the current President.
